Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage daily service operations, including installation, repair, maintenance, and breakdown services. Plan and allocate service calls to technicians based on location, priority, and workload. Monitor technician attendance, productivity, performance, and field activities.
Ensure timely closure of service calls and achievement of defined TAT. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Monitor repeat complaints and improve service quality. Coordinate with Inventory/Store team for spare parts and service materials.
Track pending calls, service performance, and technician productivity. Monitor AMC and preventive maintenance schedules. Maintain service records and prepare daily/weekly operational reports. Ensure technicians follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and policies.
Coordinate with Customer Support, Sales, Inventory, Accounts, and Management for smooth service operations.
