We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in the air conditioning retail and service sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting, marketing, and selling our range of air conditioning products and related services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell air conditioning units, spare parts, and related services to individual and corporate customers.
Handle walk-in customers, explain product features, advantages, and pricing.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.
Prepare and present quotations to clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets.




Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the installation and service team to ensure timely delivery and setup.
Maintain records of sales, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Stay updated on competitor products, prices, and market trends.
