About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Content Creator to develop and produce engaging content for our healthcare organisation across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Create and produce social media posts, reels, videos, creatives and campaigns.
Develop content ideas aligned with healthcare, child development and organisational objectives.
Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
Coordinate with designers, video editors and the internal team to deliver content on time.
Write engaging captions, copy and scripts for social media.
Ensure content is accurate, skilled and appropriate for a healthcare audience.
Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and reach.




Stay updated with social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Social Media Content Creation / Digital Content / Social Media Marketing.
Solid skills in content ideation, copywriting, reels and short-form video content.
Experience managing content for multiple social media platforms.
Healthcare experience is preferred.
Creative, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
