Role Description This is a contract, hybrid Social Media Manager role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for partial work from home.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and campaign objectives.

Responsibilities include managing daily posting schedules, engaging with online communities, monitoring comments and messages, and responding in a timely, professional manner. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, optimizing content for reach and engagement, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports with insights and recommendations.

Manager will collaborate with designers, writers,



and account teams to support campaign launches and maintain a consistent digital presence.

Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), including experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
Strong Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to craft transparent, engaging, and brand-appropriate messaging.
Experience in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with business goals, and adapting strategies based on analytics.
Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and social media management tools.
Ability to analyze performance data, interpret insights, and adjust tactics to improve engagement and reach.
Organized and self-directed, able to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations in a hybrid work environment.
Prior experience in an agency or digital marketing workplace is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
