We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage social media accounts for multiple brands and execute effective content and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies for different brands.
Manage platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and other social media content.
Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative assets.
Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to improve engagement.
Manage brand communication and respond to comments/messages when required.
Track social media metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, followers, and traffic.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Assist with influencer marketing, collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
Ensure consistent brand voice and timely content publishing.

Requirements




1–2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or a similar role.
Robust knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
Good content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.
Experience in managing social media accounts for brands or clients.
Basic knowledge of Canva is preferred.
Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Knowledge of current trends, reels, content formats, and engagement strategies.
Ability to manage multiple brands and meet deadlines.
Experience with social media scheduling tools is an added advantage.
