Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business prospects, generating leads, developing relationships with potential clients and partners, and supporting the company's revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills, along with a good understanding of e-commerce, digital sales and online business development.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential customers, business partners and new market opportunities.
/n
Generate leads through online research, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking and other channels.
/n
Contact prospective clients and introduce the company's products and services.
/n
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.




/n
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
/n
Prepare quotations, proposals and business presentations when required.
/n
Follow up with leads and prospects to convert opportunities into successful business.
/n
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, follow-ups and sales activities.
/n
Monitor competitors, market trends, pricing and customer behaviour.
/n
Identify opportunities to increase sales, customer acquisition and market reach.
/n
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, sales performance and business opportunities.
/n
Attend client meetings, networking events and business discussions when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6 months of experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
/n
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
/n
Positive negotiation and present
