About the Role

Location: Gurgaon

We are looking for a Design & Project Lead who will take complete ownership of our workplace design and fit-out projects.

/n

This is not a typical interior designer role. You will be responsible for leading projects end-to-end—from concept development and design decisions to vendor coordination, execution, timelines, budgets and final handover.

/n

Whether it's creating a current training room, redesigning a medical room, building a current office space or managing outsourced workplace fit-outs, you will own every aspect of the project while collaborating with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.

/n

Our goal is easy: projects should run successfully without requiring day-to-day supervision.

/n

Key responsibilities:

Project Ownership

/n

/n
Independently manage multiple workplace design and fit-out projects simultaneously (typically 3–5 projects).
/n
Prepare project plans, timelines and execution schedules.
/n
Drive projects from concept through completion.
/n




Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the expected quality.
/n

Design:

/n

/n
Develop design concepts, layouts, finishes and material palettes.
/n
Create mood boards and design presentations.
/n
Recommend materials, furniture, lighting and finishes.
/n
Maintain a high standard of aesthetics while balancing functionality and budget.
/n

/n

Vendor & Consultant Management

/n

/n
Lead coordination with architects, contractors, consultants and vendors.
/n
Conduct regular site visits.
/n
Resolve design and execution issues proactively.
/n
Ensure contractors meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
/n
Work closely with the external technical consultant for BOQ validation and technical reviews.
/n

Stakeholder Management

Present concepts confidently to leadership.

Coordinate with internal users to understand requirements.
