Role Description As a full time Social Media Manager at PrepMed NEET, you will plan, create, and manage content across social media platforms to engage NEET aspirants and promote our learning programs. You will oversee daily posting schedules, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.



The role involves collaborating with academic and creative teams to align social media content with overall marketing and brand strategies.

You will respond to community queries, manage comments, and support online events or campaigns that enhance PrepMed’s digital presence. This is an on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Qualifications
Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and adapt compelling content for diverse audiences.
Robust Communication skills for clear messaging, community interaction, and cross-functional collaboration.
Experience with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting, prioritize multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in ed-tech, test preparation, or education-focused brands is an advantage.
