We guide students through every step of their journey — from shortlisting universities to visa approval — and we're looking for a detail-oriented Admission Specialist to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The Admission Specialist will be the backbone of our admissions process — managing university applications, liaising directly with international institutions, tracking offer letters, and guiding students/parents through options at every stage. This is a high-ownership role requiring solid organizational skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to manage multiple student files simultaneously under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Application & Offer Management
Prepare, review, and submit student applications to partner universities/colleges abroad
Track application status end-to-end and follow up proactively with institutions
Receive, verify,



and process offer letters (conditional and unconditional)
Maintain accurate records of deadlines, document checklists, and application stages for each student

University & College Communication
Act as the primary point of contact with university admissions offices and international student recruitment teams
Resolve queries related to documentation, eligibility, deferrals, and conditions on offer letters
Build and maintain solid working relationships with university representatives and in-country agents

Student & Parent Counselling
Present students with suitable university/course options based on their academic profile, budget, and career goals
Explain offer letter conditions, scholarship opportunities, and next steps clearly to students and parents
Guide students on document preparation (SOPs, LORs, transcripts, financial documents) required for applications
