We are looking for a Microsoft 365 & Cloud Security Intern to join our IT team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a positive foundational understanding of Microsoft 365, Cloud, Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Management, and Security concepts.

/n

This is a paid internship designed for candidates who already have technical knowledge through academic projects, certifications, hands-on labs, internships, or self-learning and want to gain practical experience working with enterprise Microsoft technologies.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n
Assist with day-to-day administration and support of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
/n
Assist with user and access management using Microsoft Entra ID.
/n
Support MFA, Conditional Access, RBAC, and IAM activities.
/n
Assist with Microsoft Intune device management, compliance policies,



and application deployment.
/n
Gain hands-on exposure to Microsoft Defender and security monitoring.
/n
Assist with Microsoft Purview, compliance, retention, and data protection activities.
/n
Troubleshoot basic Microsoft 365, Windows, identity, access, and endpoint-related issues.
/n
Maintain IT documentation and troubleshooting guides.
/n
Work with the IT team on Microsoft 365, Cloud, Security, and Endpoint Management projects.
/n
Follow security best practices and assist with improving the organization's security posture.
/n
