Solar PV Technician & Trainer

Location: Vasind, Maharashtra (local preferred)

Employment Type: Full time

We are looking for a skilled Solar PV Technician & Trainer who can handle both technical field responsibilities and student training.

Key Responsibilities
Perform Solar PV installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Conduct field visits for solar installations, inspections, maintenance, and technical assignments.
Work on Rooftop, On-grid, Off-grid, and Hybrid Solar Systems.
Deliver PPT-based classroom and practical hands-on training to students.
Train students on solar installation, wiring, testing, safety, and maintenance.
Conduct practical demonstrations and evaluate trainee performance.
Maintain solar labs, tools, equipment, and training kits.
Support workshops, certification programs,



and other technical/training activities.
Travel RequirementPan-India Travel may be required for field visits, installations, training programs, workshops, and other official assignments.
Travel expenses/allowances for official work will be provided by the organization as per company policy.

Preferred Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Renewable Energy, or related field.
Solar PV Installation certification preferred.
2–5 years of experience in Solar PV installation, commissioning, maintenance, or technical training.
Valuable communication and practical training skills.
Comfortable with field work and Pan-India travel.
