About the Demand Generation team

Demand Generation owns how these buyers find Leucine before sales ever talks to them. We run it like an engineering programme, not a content mill: every channel has a locked methodology, a baseline, a numeric goal, a task list and a weekly measurement loop. Our work lives in an internal command-center dashboard with dedicated centers for SEO, Social Media and Events, plus goal tracking across all three.

One principle you must be comfortable with from day one: Demand Gen suggests keywords, pages,



changes and ideas. The website and content team writes the copy and builds the pages. You will not be ghost-writing blog posts. You will be doing the research, analysis and specification work that tells the content team exactly what to write and why.

The role

You will spend of your time on SEO, Social Media, Events and early outbound work. You will work alongside the Demand Gen lead using our internal tooling (Google Search Console, GA4, DataForSEO, PageSpeed Insights, Webflow, Supabase-backed dashboards and Claude Code automation) to move real numbers on real product pages.

What you will do:
SEO (primary focus)

Our SEO programme runs product by product through an eight-phase pipeline: Kickoff → Seeding → Discovery → Filtering → Conversion Audit → Baseline & Goal → Planning → Tasks → Execution. You will work inside every phase.
