Drive international B2Bsales and business development across SEA, APAC, MENA & Africa. N
Build and manage distributor, channel and strategic partnerships. N
Acquire and develop newinternational customers and partners. N
Lead complex commercialnegotiations and end-to-end deal closure. N
Build relationships with CXOs, business owners, enterprise customers and distributors. N
Identify recent markets and drive international expansion. N




Travel internationally for customer and partner meetings. N

nWhat We're LookingFor

6–10 years in International Business Development / Enterprise Sales / Channel Sales. N
Mandatory Agritech/Agriculture industry experience. N
Experience in Agritech,Agri-inputs, Irrigation, Farm Technology, Crop Solutions or related sectors. N
Proven track record of international B2B sales and high-value deal closure. N
Solid experience in distributor/channel partner development. N
Exposure to SEA/APAC/MENA/Africa markets preferred. N
Robust negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills. N
Willingness to travel internationally. N
