Job Summary

L1L2 Support Engineers Minimum 3 years of relevant skilled experience working on L1L2 support responsibilities

Responsibilities
Strong proficiency in SQL querying, complex queries using joins, valuable knowledge of advance database concepts
Robust proficiency in Unix
Able to decipher and debug logs on Cloudwatch
Proficiency in providing basic support for hardware, software and network related problems for L1 support
Proficiency in providing advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software and network related problems for L2 support
Strong analytical skills and communication skills
Experience with monitoring tools, log analysis, and incident management
Team oriented; solid interpersonal and communication skills
Must be independent and comfortable in a fast paced, ambiguous and often multi-directional work environment
Working in shifts




Shift time: 6 am - 3 pm, 1 pm - 10 pm
Would need to work over weekend in rotation and they would get comp-off
Total working days- 5

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with microservice architectures and Java debugging skills
Experience with AWS
Experience with version control Git, continuous integration, deployment, and configuration management tools
Experience in Financial Services or Fintech
