Role Summary

The Solution Expert SAP MDG acts as an end-to-end (E2E) owner for SAP MDG - Master Data Governance. The role delivers state-of-the-art master data solutions, implements system enhancements per established processes to meet customer requirements, and collaborates with the Business Master Data organization to plan, prepare, execute, and monitor projects and Change Requests.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver SAP MDG-based master data solutions and ensure customer satisfaction through credible solution design, delivery, and lifecycle management.
Manage service performance and ongoing monitoring, while ensuring compliance with internal processes (security) and external requirements (GxP, GDPR, licenses).




Plan and execute MDG-related projects and Change Requests in collaboration with the Business Master Data organization.
Provide guidance on MDG module implementations (Materials, BP/Supplier, Finance) and related strategic capabilities (Cloud and AI components).
Align with SAP strategy on the BTP platform and SAP Joule as applicable.

Qualifications
Education: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science and/or Business Administration.
Experience: 7 years of progressive qualified experience in data management leveraging SAP MDG.

Skills & Competencies
MDG expertise with SAP MDG across modules and data governance.
ABAP in s/4hana.
BRF+ rule-based workflow.
OData concepts.
Web Dynpro ABAP.
CDS View development.
ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
Ale/idocs.
Proficiency with BAPI/FN modules for integration.
