Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement operations, ensuring cost savings and improved quality.
Manage global sourcing activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes that drive efficiency gains.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform purchasing decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards throughout the procurement process

Experience
10 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Vendor Development.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Electric Vehicle or Automotive industry.
Experience working with Tier-1 and Tier-2 automotive suppliers.
Solid knowledge of costing and ZBC process.
Experience handling current product development sourcing will be preferred.
