Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and experienced Multi-Cuisine Sous Chef to join WAREHOUSE CAFE NAGPUR our dynamic kitchen team. You will assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and crafting exceptional dishes across Indian, Continental, and Asian/Chinese cuisines. Kitchen Operations: Supervise food preparation, cooking, and plating across all multi-cuisine stations.
Quality Control: Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion standards for every dish.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and schedule junior kitchen staff (CDPs, Commis).
Inventory & Costing: Monitor stock levels, track food costs, reduce wastage, and handle vendor coordination.
Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict compliance with FSSAI, HACCP,



and kitchen cleanliness standards.
Shift Management: Take complete charge of the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef. [1, 2]

Candidate Requirements
Experience: 4–8 years of skilled kitchen experience in reputed hotels, restaurants, or premium casual dining.
Culinary Skills: Strong command over multi-cuisine recipes (North Indian, Continental, Tandoor, and Asian).
Education: Degree or Diploma in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management is preferred.
Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving under pressure, and strong team-management abilities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
