A Tally Account & Pruchase Executive manages day-to-day financial operations, including data entry, invoicing, bank reconciliation, and GST/TDS compliance using TallyPrime or Tally.ERP 9. They ensure accurate financial records, support month-end closing, and generate reports, requiring a B.Com/related degree, robust Tally knowledge, and 2–3 years of experience.
Bookkeeping & Data Entry: Record daily sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Tally.
Accounts Management: Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Receivable (AR), including vendor ledger reconciliation.
Compliance: Generate GST invoices, manage E-way bills, and process TDS deductions.
Banking & Reconciliation: Perform daily/monthly bank statement reconciliation.
Reporting: Assist in preparing profit & loss accounts, balance sheets, and financial reports.




Audit Support: Assist in gathering documentation for statutory audits.
Vendor Managment & Procurement
Technical: Proficiency in TallyPrime,
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or B.Com.
Experience: Proven experience as an Accounts Executive or Assistant, often 1–3 years
Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, and Income Tax (TDS).
