Sr. Engineer

A. Manages a team responsible for the design and implementation of manufacturing processes and equipment

B. Knowledge in Production line Capacity load rate analysis

C. Knowledge in cycle time study, ergonomic study, and 4M analysis.

D. Responsible for PPAP audit handling and document preparation

[OEM Customer HMI, KIA, TATA, M&M;, Stellantis added advantage]

E. Preparation of PFD, PFMEA, WI, control Plan and check sheet.

F. Responsible for Mistake Proofing technics.

G. Run @ rate activities for recent projects.

H. Responsible for installation and inspection of assembly machinery.

I. Responsible for tools and fixtures design implementation.

J. Responsible for customer PPAP audit and regular process audit

K. Knowledge about OEE and related improvements

L. Supplier handling knowledge related to Tools & Fixture development

M. Recent product training and skill level development for the shop floor team.

N. Knowledge in AutoCAD.

O. Knowledge in IATF audit and document preparation Knowledge in IATF audit and document preparation

P. Problem troubleshooting knowledge through Sig Sigma, QC Tools, 8D Report Preparation.
