Handle day-to-day Quality Control activities in the manufacturing process.
Inspect raw materials, in-process materials and finished products.
Ensure products are manufactured as per drawing, specifications and quality standards.
Conduct dimensional inspection using Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Height Gauge, Gauges and other measuring instruments.CMM/VMM/PP
Check CNC components, tubes, fittings and engineering components as per customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality records.
Identify quality issues, defects and take corrective actions.
Coordinate with Production, CNC, Stores and Purchase departments for quality-related issues.
Handle customer complaints and support root-cause analysis.
Prepare NCR, CAPA and inspection reports where required.
Monitor and maintain calibration records of measuring instruments.
Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.




Support internal and external quality audits.
Guide and supervise junior QC team members.
Maintain proper documentation as per ISO 9001 and company procedures.
As per API Standard Maintain.
