Develop and lead HR strategy aligned with overall business goals.
Drive organization-wide talent acquisition and retention initiatives.
Design and implement strategic workforce planning, including succession and capability development.
Build and sustain an inclusive, high-trust culture that supports engagement and performance.
Advise executive leadership on organizational design, people analytics, and change management.
Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, L&D;, and exit.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
Manage HR policies, compliance, and best practices to ensure alignment with local laws and global standards.

Must have skills:




8+ years of progressive HR experience with a solid focus on strategic HR leadership.
Proven track record in people management, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Experience influencing and advising C-suite and senior leadership.
Robust knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR systems/tools.

Note: 6 days working with second saturday off. Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
