This is a full time role with our global client.

This position is responsible for the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of the organization's global compensation and benefits programs, while ensuring the competitiveness of the organization’s compensation and benefits. The position is also responsible for managing PMS process for Global Organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Advantages (C&B;)
Annual Cycles: Manage annual salary review, merit increases, increments, and promotion cycles.
Benchmarking: Conduct external market data benchmarking and regular salary surveys to maintain competitive pay bands.
Perks Administration: Oversee welfare initiatives, medical insurance, gratuity, and leave policies.
Performance Management System (PMS)
Cycle Execution: Facilitate the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting (OKRs/KPIs), mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.
Calibration: Facilitate normalization, rating distribution, and calibration sessions with senior leadership.
System & Analytics: Configure PMS tools, track timelines,



and generate analytics on performance trends.
Budgeting & Compliance
Cost Simulation: Partner with Finance to build annual compensation budgets, track actual spend, and run variance analyses.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory norms (e.g., PF, PT, TDS, Gratuity

Key Performance Areas -
Global Compensation, perks & Global Mobility Strategies
Ensure that the organization’s compensation levels, compensation structure and benefits package are updated, competitive and addresses employee needs
International offices – Compensation Management and local compliance along with international movements
Design and Administration of the PMS process Globally
Owner of HR Policies - Benchmark, Design and updation of HR Policy
Design and implement variable pay plans / Sales incentive plans

Years of experience - 5 years in core India based C&B; experience, PMS, R&R.;

Qualification - MBA - Full time
