Sr. Managers-Finance
Collection Performance: Achieving overall collection targets, monitoring outstanding funds, and minimizing defaults
Strategic Execution: Implementing collection strategies and SOPs across projects/teams
Delayed Fund Recovery: Handling critical and high-value recovery cases and guiding teams
Availability Management: Ensuring proper hold/booking/release management across platforms
Associates and Customer Service: Managing escalations and ensuring effective communication
Relationship Management: Maintaining robust relationships with associates, customers, banks, and internal teams
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to RERA, JDA Patta, loan guidelines, and company policies
Reporting and Analysis: Reviewing reports, analysing trends,



and providing insights
Process Improvement: Improving collection and documentation processes
Team Management: Leading managers and teams, monitoring performance
Training and Development: Training teams on collections, compliance, and system
Free from all other liabilities, IT responsibility.
Any other works assigned by the seniors

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
