Role & responsibilities
Review &
Monitor Execution, completion of MRP process against forecast, demands &
Customer Orders.
Inventory Control management
Conduct analysis of the production plan and approve production plan reports, purchase requisition requirement reports, shortage reports and planned orders through MRP process.
Coordinate with the purchasing, manufacturing and traffic departments to ensure proper planning of Products.
Monitor Forecast Vs actual on timely basis to review constraint of Quarter target.
Monitor & follow up of Change Controls &
Deviations related to Planning.
Lead the Monthly S &OP; meeting to derive the billing targets & production targets for the month.
Prepare &
Monitor Plan Vs.
Actual
Reports.
Prepare &
Monitor Execution, completion & action plan on reports of Rejected, expired & obsolete material, Non-moving Items.
Preparation of MIS reports.
