Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day store activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and transferring materials.
Receive raw materials, components, tools, and other items and verify them against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Maintain accurate records of material receipts, issues, and stock balances.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and storage of materials.
Issue materials to the Production and other departments as per approved requirements.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels and monitor inventory availability.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and resolve stock discrepancies.
Update stock details in ERP/software and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and other departments for material requirements.
Monitor and report shortage, excess, damaged, or slow-moving materials.
Follow FIFO practices wherever applicable.
Maintain proper housekeeping, safety, and 5S standards in the store area.




Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent damage or loss.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and store-related reports.
Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of store and inventory management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Knowledge of ERP/software for inventory management is preferred.
Positive documentation and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage stock accurately and efficiently.
Knowledge of manufacturing materials and components will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of 5S and workplace safety.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,604.56 per month
