ERP Operations & Inventory Management
Maintain real-time inventory and purchase data using the organization's
Process and log Positive Received Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips, and Stock Ledgers.
Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile any variances in the.
Monitor reorder levels and ensure zero-stock situations for critical items.

Procurement & Purchasing
Raise and track Purchase Orders (PO) based on indents and approved production plans.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery, price negotiations, and quality compliance.
Verify incoming material against invoices, delivery challans, and PO specifications before storing.
Resolve purchase discrepancies, billing issues, and defective material returns with the accounts department.





Store Operations
Oversee the protected storage, handling, and dispatch of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
Enforce strict security protocols regarding the receipt and issuance of goods.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock aging, consumption, and financial reporting for management.

Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: 3 to 7 years of experience in procurement, issue , despatch and storekeeping.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP Systems and advanced MS Excel.
