Key Responsibilities
Manage inward and outward material movement and ensure proper documentation.
Receive raw materials, components, packing materials and other items as per purchase documents.
Verify material quantity against PO, Invoice, Delivery Challan and GRN.
Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Production and Accounts departments for material receipt and discrepancies.
Ensure proper material identification, tagging, binning and storage.
Maintain accurate stock records, inventory registers and system entries.
Issue materials to production as per approved material requirements / production plans.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and highlight shortages or excess inventory.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting.
Investigate and report stock mismatches and take corrective action.
Follow FIFO / FEFO requirements wherever applicable.
Maintain proper storage conditions and ensure 5S in the store area.
Control rejection, scrap, returnable and non-returnable materials.
Coordinate with logistics / transporters for dispatch and material movement.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and material movement reports.
Maintain documents related to GRN, material issue,



stock transfer, dispatch and returns.
Support internal, customer and system audits by providing required records and documents.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety requirements and inventory control systems.

Required Skills & Competencies
Positive knowledge of Stores & Warehouse Management.
Knowledge of Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods and Packing Material handling.
Understanding of GRN, Material Issue, Stock Transfer, FIFO and Inventory Control.
Working knowledge of ERP / SAP / Tally or other inventory management systems.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel including basic formulas, sorting and filtering.
Good coordination skills with Production, Quality, Purchase and Dispatch teams.
Robust documentation and record-keeping skills.
Ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen and basic automotive industry practices will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,022.57 - ₹32,604.56 per month
