Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.n
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, MAC, Linux).n
Experience in working in fast-paced environments, preferably in startups or tech companies.n

Provide technical support to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues promptly and act as the go-to person for all IT-related queries.n
Monitor and manage Laptop & Desktop performance, ensuring system availability and reliability.n
Maintain system documentation and configurations, updating records regularly for compliance and operational continuity.n
