Job Title: Tally Caller – Loan Services Job Role: We are looking for a Tally Caller who can handle customer calling and coordination for Secured & Unsecured Loan/Funding Services.

Key Responsibilities
Make calls to existing and prospective customers regarding loan/funding requirements.
Understand customer requirements for Business Loan, Personal Loan, LAP, Home Loan, Commercial Property Loan, etc.
Explain suitable loan products and basic eligibility criteria.
Collect and verify basic customer and financial information.
Coordinate with the sales/credit team for further processing.
Follow up with customers regarding documents, applications and loan status.
Maintain customer and lead records in Tally/Excel/CRM.
Generate and follow up on leads regularly.
Achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.





Required Skills
Positive communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English.
Basic knowledge of loan products and financial services.
Tally/Excel/CRM knowledge preferred.
Positive follow-up and customer-handling skills.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred in Banking, Finance, DSA, Loan, Insurance or Telecalling.
