Manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure and applications to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
Administer Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and latest versions.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, RADIUS, Certificate Authority (CA) and related infrastructure components.
Manage and troubleshoot networking infrastructure, including TCP/IP, VLANs and VPNs.
Administer Azure / AWS cloud environments.
Manage backup, disaster recovery and system recovery activities.
Develop and use PowerShell / Shell scripts for automation and administration.
Handle patch management using tools such as ManageEngine Endpoint Central and WSUS.
Manage and monitor Antivirus and XDR security solutions, including Trend Micro, Cortex and McAfee.
Administer Citrix and virtualization settings, including VMware, Hyper-V and NetScaler.
Support Microsoft 365, SSO, 2FA and encryption environments.
Monitor infrastructure using tools such as Zabbix, SolarWinds,



Nagios and WhatsUpGold.
Follow ITIL-based processes for infrastructure and support operations.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in:
