Role Description

We are looking for a PPC Team Leader to join our team and take ownership of PPC team management, campaign performance, and strategy execution.

/n

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with the ability to lead, guide, mentor, and improve the performance of a team of PPC specialists.

/n

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mohali District.

Main KPIs & Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Performance: Lead, guide, mentor, and manage the PPC team while ensuring team members consistently meet their individual and account-level targets.
/n
Google Ads Expertise: Demonstrate strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, including Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping, YouTube, bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
/n
Meta Ads Expertise: Demonstrate solid knowledge of Meta Ads, including campaign setup, audience targeting, creative testing, retargeting, budget management, lead generation, and conversion campaigns.

Campaign Performance: Monitor and improve key performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, conversion rate, and overall campaign profitability, based on client objectives.
