Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily production and factory activities.
Coordinate with carpenters, polishers, upholsterers and other workers.
Check work quality and ensure production is completed on time.
Maintain daily production and worker attendance records.
Allocate work to workers according to priority.
Follow up on pending orders and production status.
Check raw materials and inform management about shortages.
Ensure proper use and handling of tools and materials.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline and safety in the factory.
Report daily production updates to management.
Coordinate with the showroom/site team whenever required.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of furniture manufacturing/production preferred.
Valuable communication and team-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/WhatsApp.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Fresher with a positive attitude can also apply.

Preferred Candidate: Candidate living within 56 km of Kharbi, Nagpur will be preferred.
