We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to supervise the team, manage daily operations, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate team members
Monitor daily sales and achieve targets
Allocate tasks and manage staff schedules
Handle customer queries and complaints
Maintain service and outlet standards
Report daily performance to management
Requirements:
Positive leadership and communication skills
Team management and problem-solving abilities
Target-oriented approach
Retail/sales experience preferred
*Freshers with robust leadership skills can apply
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
