Key Responsibilities:
Lead, guide and motivate Sales Executives to achieve monthly targets.
Monitor enquiries, leads, follow-ups, test drives, bookings and deliveries.
Allocate leads and ensure timely customer follow-up.
Support the team in negotiations and deal closures.
Conduct daily team briefings and review individual/team performance.
Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques and dealership processes.
Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, CRM and Delivery teams.
Handle customer escalations and improve customer satisfaction.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and performance reports.
Ensure adherence to dealership processes, OEM standards and documentation requirements
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
