Role Summary

Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, ensuring daily dispatch targets, inventory accuracy, and seamless coordination across B2B and marketplace channels.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse & Operations
Manage complete warehouse operations end-to-end, including inbound, putaway, storage, and outbound.
Achieve daily lock plan and dispatch targets across all channels.
Oversee FIFO-based order processing and timely follow-ups.
Conduct random putaway audits and category-wise inventory monitoring.
Ensure stock accuracy through system vs. physical reconciliation.

Dispatch & Logistics
Handle daily B2B and marketplace dispatches (Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, Amazon FBF, EBO, GT, MT) at volumes of ~1.5 lakh + 65,000 units/day.
Coordinate with all logistics partners for courier follow-up and pickups.
Review dispatch vs. courier handover reports daily.
Plan NCR local dispatches and prioritize appointment orders.
Manage RTO/RTV coordination with courier partners.

Inventory & Compliance




Manage STN (~1.5 lakh Qty/day) and GRN (~3 lakh Qty/day).
Generate domestic and international E-way bills.
Upload supplier bills, submit invoices, and follow up on GRNs.
Complete monthly packing consumption reconciliation.
Handle freebie kitting, assembly order creation, and live system updates.

Quality & Manpower
Cross-check QC and ensure packing quality as per SOP.
Verify daily attendance and monitor manpower (teams of 30+).
Resolve complaints related to Short/Excess/Damage cases.

Required Skills
Hands-on with Easyecom, Shiprocket, Unicommerce
Robust Excel and MIS reporting.
Knowledge of E-way bill generation and inbound/outbound documentation.
Experience managing marketplace and B2B fulfillment SLAs.
Team leadership, problem-solving, and process discipline.

Qualifications
Graduate / Post-graduate (any stream).
6+ years in 3PL / warehouse / supply chain
