Requirements
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Portfolio Advisors
Drive the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor individual and team performance through regular reviews




Coach and train team members on sales techniques, objection handling, and client engagement
Ensure timely follow-up of leads and maintain accurate CRM records
Accompany team members on client meetings and site visits to support deal closures
Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion and overall team productivity
Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams for seamless customer experience
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management
Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
Maintain high standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction
