Position: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Bangalore (In-office)

Duration: 6 months

Position Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about recruitment. You will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate engagement, and coordination with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support campus hiring drives, internships, and placement processes.
Maintain candidate data and track progress in the recruitment funnel.
Provide administrative support to the TA team as required.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Robust communication
Enthusiasm to learn and contribute in a rapid-paced workplace.
