Role Overview:
We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Lead for a leading Health Insurance company to manage end-to-end recruitment and support business growth through effective talent acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment across sales and Sales support functions.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Manage interview coordination, offer closures, and onboarding.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
Track recruitment metrics, TAT, and hiring progress through regular MIS.
Support employer branding and process improvement initiatives.
