Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales/counseling team.
Achieve team sales and admission targets.
Monitor team performance and improve conversions.
Support team members with sales strategies and guidance.
Track daily performance and prepare reports.

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in Sales/Team Management.
Mandatory EdTech experience.
Solid leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Target-oriented and result-driven.
