Manager / Senior Manager Talent Acquisition | USA Sales Hiring

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition qualified with 15+ years of experience, currently operating at a Manager/Senior Manager level within an IT Services The ideal candidate will have solid, hands-on expertise in end-to-end Sales hiring for the USA market, including Inside Sales, Account Management, Business Development, Enterprise Sales, Client Partner, Sales Leadership, and other revenue-generating roles.

This role requires someone who can independently manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, work closely with senior business stakeholders, build US talent pipelines, conduct market and competitor intelligence, and lead a small team of recruiters.

Key Responsibilities
USA Sales Talent Acquisition
Own end-to-end recruitment for the USA Sales organization, from requirement understanding through offer closure and onboarding.
Hire across multiple Sales and Business Development functions, including:
Inside Sales
Business Development
Enterprise Sales
Account Management




Client Partner / Client Executive
Sales Development Representatives (SDR/BDR)
Pre-Sales / Solution Sales
Strategic Accounts
Sales Operations
Sales Leadership
Build and maintain robust pipelines of sales professionals across the USA.
Develop talent pools for both individual contributor and leadership positions.
Handle multiple hiring mandates simultaneously across locations and business units.
Leadership & Critical Hiring
Independently manage hiring for Senior Managers, Directors,

Required Skills
15+ Years of experience in domestic and International lateral hiring at all levels.
7+ Years of experience in senior/leadership hiring with ability head-hunt candidates, hold interviews, present company profile, conduct HR assessment and negotiation
5+ Years experience in sales and marketing hiring.
Competitive intelligence and organization mapping
Should have hiring experience through LinkedIn Global licence.
