Location: Kolkata

Industry: Manufacturing — MANDATORY

Experience: 6–8 Years ONLY

CTC: Up to 6–7 LPA, based on experience

Employment: On-Roll / Permanent

Work Schedule: 6 Days – Work From Office

Notice Period: Maximum 30 Days

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We need someone who can take complete ownership of hiring, not just coordinate recruitment.

Strong hands-on Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience

Proven experience hiring within the Manufacturing industry

Exposure to Plant / Production / Engineering / Quality / Operations hiring

Strong sourcing & headhunting capabilities

Comfortable with Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals,



consultants & market mapping

Strong stakeholder management and hiring-manager interaction

Ability to manage multiple mandates and deliver within TAT

Robust candidate engagement, offer negotiation & closure skills

Stable career history with reasonable tenure

Energetic, proactive and target-oriented approach

Comfortable working 6 days from office in Kolkata

EDUCATION — SIGNIFICANT

Full-time regular MBA is MANDATORY.

Distance MBA — Not eligible

Correspondence MBA — Not eligible

Online MBA — Not eligible

Only candidates with a Full time / Regular MBA will be considered.
