We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead with robust expertise in Python and Java to lead the design and development of scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Django, cloud platforms, and up-to-date AI technologies while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications.
Provide technical leadership to the engineering team and guide best coding practices.
Develop backend services using Python (Django) and Java (Spring Boot) frameworks.
Work closely with product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Implement and manage containerized applications using Docker.
Build and deploy applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
Design and integrate AI/ML solutions, LLM-based applications,



and AI agents where required.
Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills:
Robust experience in Python and Java development.
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Django frameworks.
Experience with Docker and containerization.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms AWS or GCP.
Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI Agents.
Strong problem-solving and system design skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in building AI-driven or cloud-native applications.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs.
Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
