KRA – Tech Pack Designer

Department: Design / Product Development

Reporting To: Design Head / Production Head

Key Responsibilities
Tech Pack Preparation
Prepare complete and accurate tech packs for recent uniform styles and garments.
Include measurements, construction details, fabric, trims, stitching details, labels, and finishing requirements.
Technical Specifications
Prepare detailed measurement/specification sheets and size charts.
Ensure all technical details are clearly communicated to sampling and production teams.
Sample Coordination
Coordinate with the sampling team for development of samples as per approved designs.
Review samples and update tech packs based on corrections and approvals.
Garment Construction Details
Provide explicit information on seams, stitches, pockets, collars, cuffs, plackets, embroidery, printing, and other garment details.
Ensure construction instructions are practical for bulk production.
Fabric & Trims Coordination




Mention correct fabric quality, composition, GSM, colour/shade, trims, buttons, zippers, labels, and other accessories.
Coordinate with Purchase and Production for technical requirements.
Fit & Measurement Control
Check samples against approved measurements and specifications.
Record fit comments and ensure required corrections are incorporated.
Production Support
Resolve technical queries raised by Production, Quality, Sampling, and Merchandising teams.
Ensure the latest approved tech pack is available before bulk production.
Documentation & Version Control
Maintain updated records of tech packs, revisions, approvals, and sample comments.
Ensure obsolete versions are not used for production.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
