We are looking for an experienced skilled from the HVAC industry to lead industrial HVAC project execution activities independently. The role involves managing installation, commissioning, compliance, site execution, and coordination with OEMs while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and within timelines.
HVAC Project Execution & Site Management
Lead execution of HVAC projects including installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
Ensure smooth execution of HVAC systems such as chillers, AHUs, ducting, piping, ventilation, and utility systems.
Monitor project schedules, manpower planning, and site activities to ensure timely completion.
Leadership & Team Management
Lead and manage site engineers, supervisors, technicians, and subcontractors.
Ensure effective coordination between project teams, vendors, consultants, and clients.
Provide technical guidance and support to execution teams.
Compliance & Safety Management
Ensure adherence to HVAC industry standards, safety regulations, and statutory compliances.
Implement OEM SOPs, installation guidelines, and quality procedures at project sites.
Promote protected working practices and maintain HSE standards across sites.
Technical

Coordination
Coordinate with OEMs, consultants,



and vendors for technical discussions and project execution support.
Review HVAC drawings, layouts, technical specifications, and installation standards.
Ensure installation quality and compliance with approved engineering practices.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare project progress reports, MIS updates, and site documentation.
Track project milestones, identify risks, and provide mitigation plans.
Maintain records related to commissioning, testing, compliance, and handover activities.

Robust experience in HVAC project execution and industrial installations
Knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, ventilation, and utility equipment
Strong leadership and team handling capabilities
Well-versed with industry compliances, installation standards, and OEM SOPs
Excellent coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in industrial HVAC projects
minimum 2 years of leadership/team handling experience
