Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Tele-collection to manage and guide a team of collection executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, monitoring team performance, improving productivity, and ensuring proper customer communication.

Key Responsibilities
Manage, supervise, and motivate a team of Tele-collection Executives.
Monitor daily calling, collection, and recovery performance.
Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
Allocate customer accounts and follow up on pending payments.
Track team productivity, connect ratio, PTP (Promise to Pay), and PTP conversion.
Review individual team member performance and provide regular feedback/coaching.
Handle escalated customer cases and support executives in difficult conversations.
Ensure calls are conducted professionally and according to company policies.
Prepare and share daily/weekly performance reports with management.
Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.




Conduct regular team huddles, training, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer/account-related issues.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity within the team.

Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Tele-collection / Collection / Recovery.
At least 1 year of experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role preferred.
Positive communication and negotiation skills.
Robust team-handling and leadership abilities.
Target-oriented and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and collection MIS.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
