Your output becomes the contract between a client's problem and our engineering.

What you will do
Plan and facilitate discovery workshops across client organisations
Produce process maps, requirement registers, and scope documents engineers build from
Bridge operators and architects — translate both directions without losing truth
Support solution blueprints with business cases and phasing logic

What we are looking for
3+ years as a BA/consultant on software delivery projects
Interview and facilitation craft — you get quiet operators talking
Writing that engineers thank you for: accurate, testable, exception-aware
Comfort with data: you read a schema and query for evidence

Nice to have
ERP/CRM domain depth
BPMN or event-storming practice
Pre-sales exposure
