We are hiring Technical Lead(Architect) for a US Insurtech MNC, that has just set up its "Innovation CoE" (GCC) in Pune. They have been at the forefront of transforming the insurance industry with powerful, cloud-based technology.

While the designation is Technical Lead, the role is effectively that of a Technical Architect, with end-to-end ownership of architecture, scalable system design, and solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable full-stack applications using .NET Core, OIDC, OAuth2.
Drive the implementation of cloud-native solutions on AWS, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and QA teams to deliver high-impact solutions aligned with business goals.
Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and engineering processes.
Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Own and resolve complex technical challenges across the application stack and infrastructure.
Guide the team in adopting modern architectures such as microservices and serverless.




Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend strategic improvements.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
11+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
Strong hands-on experience with:
.NET Core
OIDC & OAuth 2.0
Deep understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation, and IAM.
Solid proven expertise in RESTful API design and integration.
Experience with
CI/CD pipelines
Containerization (Docker)
Version control systems (Git)
Solid problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership capabilities.

Preferred Skills
Experience with serverless architecture & microservices design.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform).
Working knowledge of modern AI concepts, or prompt engineering is an added advantage.
