We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sr. IT Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end technology hiring.

Location: Chetpet, Chennai

Experience: 4 - 6 years

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.

Understand technical requirements and identify relevant candidates across IT technologies.

Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against job requirements.

Coordinate technical interviews and manage candidate pipelines.

Partner with hiring managers and business teams to understand hiring needs.

Maintain robust candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.

Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate closures.





Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.

Support employer branding and other talent acquisition initiatives.

Preferred Skills

Strong experience in IT/Technology recruitment.

Hands-on experience with Boolean search, X-Ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Naukri.

Positive understanding of technologies such as Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, DevOps, Software Development, Infrastructure, and IT Services.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple positions and hiring priorities simultaneously.

Solid sourcing and candidate-identification skills.
