Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end IT/Technical Recruitment.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & referrals.
- Screen candidates based on skills and experience.
- Manage interviews, follow-ups, profile submissions and candidate pipeline.




- Coordinate with stakeholders and manage multiple requirements.
- Drive candidates from Sourcing Screening Interview Offer Joining.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of relevant IT/Technical Recruitment experience.
- Strong sourcing and Boolean Search skills.
- Positive understanding of IT roles and requirements.
- Solid communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Consultancy / RPO is an added advantage.
