Position: IT Recruiter

Role Overview

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end technical hiring and understands IT/Cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience and role requirements.
Work closely with Hiring Managers/HODs to understand and close open positions within TAT.
Manage multiple requirements and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, negotiations and offer closures.
Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers.

Technical Hiring Exposure

Experience recruiting for technologies such as:

AWS, Azure, Cloud/DevOps, Linux, Windows, .NET, Angular, PHP, SQL, AI/ML,



Cyber Security, Networking and IT Infrastructure.

Requirements
0–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Good understanding of IT technologies and technical screening.
Robust sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a quick-paced environment.
Experience hiring for Cloud/Infrastructure or technical support roles will be an advantage.

Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Management or a relevant discipline.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
